Pan-Asian tasting set

A set of nine dishes represents pan-Asian cuisine in all its glory. Neck cod in kataifi dough with Thai mango sauce as a hot snack, an unusual combination of flavors in a salad, made of papaya, lotus, shrimp and chilli sauce. Further - more juicy: oyster mushrooms, mango and fried tofu. Complex Peranakan cuisine is represented by laksa soup with shrimps and salmon. Main courses: Mediterranean dorado - with Thai green curry, beef - in black pepper sauce and mushrooms.
